Change the Network Profile in Windows 10 from Public to Private

Windows 10 may, by default, select a public network when first connecting to a local network.  This can block file sharing, print sharing and other remote services on a local network.

1. Left-Click on the Network Tray Icon to Expand the Network Tray Menu

4. Select Private under Network Profile and close the Window
